perfect fit - no problem
I had no trouble getting this disk in my saber hilt. I just put it on the thread, put a golf tee in one of the holes, and turned the disk until it was at the base of the thread. I made sure to put lubricant on it first. It is a solid fit. The choke and pommel fit on the hilt the same as before--not problem with fit there either.
Great item
This Disk takes some persuasion to get inside your saber. (i had to use a pair of scissors and i had to jam them in the middle then twist it down. Overall a great item don't walk away form this item if you are getting a chassis.
