It’s to heavy

This saber is waited down so bad it’s hard to hold. And isn’t good for dueling.

Hilt came with minor damage and I was unable to proceed with assembly due to jammed threading. Customer service was excellent though, and accommodated my return request well. Please be aware of quality issues before buying.

Great for a display piece. WAY too tight on the inside, though. If you plan on making this functional, prepare for a lot more work than if you have gone with another version of this hilt...

Awesome hilt, but use a neo pixel

If you really want to do this the "right way" I recommend a neo pixel. I did a normal GGW LED, and it's nice, but I think the design really needs a neo pixel since you have such a small area for the blade holder, and this would theoretically allow you to change the configuration from V1/V2/V3 very easily as it's a lot easier to disassemble. When you have the LED in the blade holder, you would need to de-solder from the LED if you wanted to change something. It's a nice piece, and this was actually my very first build. I love it overall.
