Bought a custom module last summer for my very first build in Royal Blue/Blue/White, and OMG! Almost brought tears to my eyes. Very bright and consistent throughout the blade, these custom Tri-Cree XP-E2 LEDs are definitely the way to go!!!

Got what I expected and more from these LEDs. I ordered a deep Red, Green, Royal Blue configurations and am very pleased. These works great for color mixing, even to white with minor color aberration (splitting) when viewed at certain angles along the blade.

Ive bought 5 or 6 of these for various builds, my first one was a replacement for a 12 watt turd, not only was it brighter but its.much more evenly lit and puts off less heat, i use 38 -40 inch blades and i get a nice evenly lit blade with no flare and its very bright, i also used one in my thin neck obi wan style with perfect results.
