Chassis Disc style 1 with holes

These will only lock in place if the male threaded section is .5" long. Most sections are now .4" long or will be changed to .4" soon. These also have a extra set of holes now to make them compatible with the acrylic discs we sell.
Designed to lock in place between a male and female MHS section. Will not work with pommels.
Hole sizes..
The center hole is .315 diameter.
The inner row of holes is three .116" diameter on a .6" circle. With a .1875" sleeve on the all thread (.7875" od circle), it will fit inside .8" bore of chokes.
The middle row of holes is three .116" diameter on a .94" circle. With a .1875 sleeve on the all thread (1.1275" od circle), it will fit inside 1.15" bore of ribbed.
The outer row of holes is three .116" diameter on a 1.05" circle. With a .1875" sleeve on the all thread (1.2375" od circle), it will fit inside 1.25" bore.

TCSS came through as usual, these disks are well made and very robust. I'm using them as a base for a crystal chamber and they are perfect!

The true usefulness of this part was realized when I finally got to the stage of needing to hold my parts solidly, and neatly, in my saber.It allowed for numerous configurations, and with two or three gives you far fewer excuses of not being able to find a solution to your cram-fu problems.
